We’re on the lookout for a top-notch human (slash chef) that has a healthy obsession with pasta,

and simple seasonal cooking. 

 

At Cross Eyed Mary, the pasta is hand-rolled fresh daily and you’ll find a refined menu of top toasts, sides & salads to assist.Our wine offering speaks volumes to the amazing LOFI wine producers of Australia as well as some special international guests. Mary’s is the place where you forget the hours spent, so you have another bottle and bite instead.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have knowledge of pasta and how it’s made

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Work on Monthly menu creation with owners

  • Have a big old smile and energy that shines through the front door

  • Have the ability to communicate and work well in a small team environment (Pasta & wine is for everybody, so no egos please)

  • Thrives on consistency

  • Someone who is not just looking for the same 'ol, rather some one who is passionate and excited about making food with quality seasonal produce.
